Cancellation & Refund Policy

Subscription Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings.
- Cancellations stop future billing; current term continues until expiry.
Refunds
- Fees for the current billing period are generally non-refundable once paid.
- Pro-rata or goodwill refunds may be issued at our discretion for proven service outages or defects. Contact support within 7 days of charge.
- Add-on and third-party fees are non-refundable.
How to Request
Email coderoadsoftwares@gmail.com with your registered email, order ID, and reason. We aim to respond within 2 business days and, if approved, process refunds within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback, we may suspend services pending resolution and share relevant transaction records with our payment partners.
